Though it is sometimes overshadowed by more famous tracks backwards East same solon downs and Belmont Park, Del Mar Racetrack in Southern Calif. has a flush and fascinating history. Located 20 miles northerly of San Diego and famous for its iconic shibboleth “Where The Surf Meets the Turf”, Del Mar has not exclusive hosted the prizewinning horses and jockeys on the follower but a ‘who’s who’ of exhibit business elite.
